To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging, with all accessories and parts included (if applicable).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number and/or payment confirmation).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns must be arranged through our support team first.

- Items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery (not caused by our error)
- Items missing original packaging, parts, or accessories (unless due to our error)
- Custom-made or special-order items (if applicable)

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] and include your order number and photos (if applicable).
Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund when applicable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Tbilisi: 6 GEL
Other regions of Georgia: 10 GEL per 1 kg
International shipping:
We ship internationally via FedEx or DHL. Shipping fees depend on destination country and package weight.
